
TriAD is a comprehensive program developed in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association and National Council on Aging that is focused on clinicians, patients, and caregivers. The program reached more than 27,500 physicians, patients, and caregivers in 5 years providing valuable information and a forum for discussion on the effective screening, treatment, and follow up for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
Program materials included case-based education videos, newsletters, monographs, and screening tools (also available on the Web) for physicians, as well as patient/caregiver screening tools, newsletters, and books.
